GENERAL PLAYING CONDITIONS

VPL CRICKET LEAGUE broadly adopts the ‘ICC Standard T- 20 International Match  and the Laws

of Cricket 2000Code 4‘hEdition-201O and these rules apply

except as varied here under or advised by VPL CRICKET LEAGUE management.

VPL CRICKET LEAGUE TOURNAMENT RULES

VPL CRICKET LEAGUE reserves the right to change or modify the rules as deemed approriate before or during event. Any changes made will be convyed to all team captains and umpires.
All players and officials taking part in VPL CRICKET LEAGUE events agree to the rules & regulations outlined Any pIayer or team in breach of the rules spirit of cricket or bringing VPL CRICKET LEAGUE or the aim to disrepute will be terminated from participating in the VPL CRICKET LEAGUE

In matches there will be  2 umpires Main Umpire and Square Leg Umiire and the will swap each other after every

over. Their decision is final decision.

FIXTURES AND TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

PARTICIPATION OF TEAMS PLAYERS & SUBSTITUTES

The minimum number of players required to register a team is 11 players The maximum number of players  in a squad allowed for team is 15 players. Under special circumstances a request can be made to VPL CRICKET LEAGUE

 management to register a re-placement  player. There will be maximum of 3   replacements allowed for complete season.

It is must all players of team needs to be VIJAYVARGIYA and if from an source VPL management team found any player outside of comunity than that team will be disqualified and will not be allowed to play further in this tournament or any future VPL tournament.aplicable since VPL-3.
No additions can be made to the team squad after the stated cut off date and/or commencement of the tournament -save for exceptional circumstances. Captains need to state an Special requests in writing to: management VPL season3
All teams must have their registration fees full paid 21000/ per team before the commencement of the tournament. A team Should  have an outstanding balance owing once the tournament begins panalties may applied including fines loss of points and ineIigibility to progress and further in the competition.

here must be a minimum of 11 players from each team includin1 wicket-kee-er for a game to commence. It is advised that teams should not take the field with less than 11players.

All teams may use Up to 1 substitute player alread registered and part of the team’s Squad. The umpire needs to be notified for the reason before substituting: players and may decide against allowing the substitution if under their opinion is not used for acceptable reasons or against the spirit of the game.

TEAMS MAY USE UP TO 1 SUBSTITUTE PLAYER ALREAD REGISTERED AND PART OF THE TEAM’S SQUAD. THE UMPIRE NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED FOR THE REASON BEFORE SUBSTITUTING: PLAYERS AND MAY DECIDE AGAINST ALLOWING THE SUBSTITUTION IF UNDER THEIR OPINION IS NOT USED FOR ACCEPTABLE REASONS OR AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME.
