All substitutes for eve match need to be included on the official team lists and handed to both umpires and scorers inner to the commencement of the match. At no time shall a player who is not on the official Squad lists be made a substitute in a match. Umpires should take extra care to ensure the are aware of any changes. VPL CRICKET LEAGUE broadly adopts the ‘ICC Standard Twent 20 International Match playingconditions’ andThe Laws
of Cricket 2000Code 4‘hEdition-201O and these rules apply

VPL CRICKET LEAGUE TOURNAMENT RULES
VPL CRICKET LEAGUE reserves the right to change or modify the rules as deemed approriate before or during event. An changes made will be convyed to all team captains and umgires.

In matches there will be 2 umpires Main Umpire and Square Leg Umiire and the will swap each other after every
over. Their decision is final decision.

The minimum number of players required to register a team is 11 players The maximum number of players in a squad allowed for team is 15 players. Under special circumstances a request can be made to VPL CRICKET LEAGUE

It is must all players of team needs to be VIJAYVARGIYA and if from an source VPL management team found any pla yer outside of comunity than that team will be disqualified and will not be allowed to play further in this tournament or an future VPL tournament.

*VPL SEASON 3के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण नियम*
VPL-सीजन 3 मैं भाग लेने वाली रजिस्टर्ड टीमों की फ्रेंचाइजी *ओनरशिप देने संबंधी अधिकार* आयोजन समिति को होंगे।
प्रत्येक टीम को निर्धारित तिथि से पूर्व *रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क जमा कराना अनिवार्य* होगा तथा रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय ही पहचान संबंधी दस्तावेज खिलाड़ियों के नामों की सूची टीम मैनेजर टीम कोच के नामों के साथ देना अनिवार्य होगा।
किसी भी टीम की फ्रेंचाइजी ओनरशिप उच्चतम बोलीदाता(highest bidder) को दी जाएगी ।
रजिस्टर्ड VPL टीम फ्रेंचाइजी *base price 51000 रुपए* है इसमें रजिस्ट्रेशन amount include नहीं है।
फ्रेंचाइजी honours टीम टी-शर्ट पर अपना लोगो लगा सकेंगे व् फ्लैग का कलर स्वैच्छिक होगा।
प्रत्येक फ्रेंचाइजी ओनर का VPL सीजन 3 के मैचों के दौरान 1 डिस्पले होल्डिंग मैदान के बाहर मैन ऑफ द मैच standy के पास लगाया जाएगा।
प्रत्येक टीम फ्रेंचाइजी VPL ओपनिंग एवं क्लोजिंग सेरेमनी के दौरान मंचासीन रहेंगे टीम फ्रेंचाइजी कैप्टन व मैनेजर से परामर्श करके 3 प्लेयर्स सब्सीट्यूट कर सकेंगे।
मैच के दौरान टीम फ्रेंचाइजी ऑनर्स एवं उनके सपोर्टर्स को बैठने के लिए chairs की व्यवस्था आयोजन समिति की ओर से की जाएगी।
टीम का रजिस्ट्रेशन फ्रेंचाइजी ओनर्स के द्वारा करवाया जाता है तो उस टीम से रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस नहीं ली जाएगी।
फ्रेंचाइजी फीस जमा होने के बाद ही टीम प्रतियोगिता के लिए रजिस्टर्ड मानी जाएगी
टीम रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद किसी भी टीम की फ्रेंचाइजी ओनरशिप अलॉट की जाती है तो रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस लौटाई नहीं जाएगी।
